Info: Convenient, private and highly effective, the ND Tobacco Quitline is free, phone-based tobacco cessation counseling. FREE NICOTINE PATCHES, GUM, OR LOZENGES to qualified callers. When you call the ND Tobacco Quitline, friendly, professional counselors will discuss your readiness to quit using tobacco. If you're ready, a counselor will help you set a quit date. You'll receive a self-paced workbook, lots of helpful quit tips and strategies for staying quit. Your counselor will make several follow-up calls to help you through the quitting process. If you're not quite ready to quit yet, that's okay! You'll receive an information packet in the mail and you can call back when you decide the time is right. No pressure, no hassels - just support and encouragement, along with reliable health information. Voice messaging is available 24 hours a day.
